breakdown truck

Got something to say, but it's not classic related? Here's the place to discuss. Also includes the once ever-so-popular word association thread... (although we've had to start from scratch with it - sorry!)

trying to register an american market car you have to change the glass lights etc etc & then a trip up to utac for tests on the vehicle €2000 + registration fee, a mate is trying to register a nissan 350z cabriolet but as its american spec

Weird looking body kit on the 505. He says he wants offers but has put the price down at €5. It must be worth that much to have a bit of fun ;)
I think the little yellow tipper is the perfect car for John and Rich to share.

?? Couple of things.

a) That Waggie is already registered over here. And has been for years (at least 13).

b) Where are you getting that registration information from? I brought my YJ over when i moved back from the US. Sorted the indicators out myself, added a fog light, drove to an MOT centre, gave MOT to DVLA, got V5. Job done. Not sure what hoops your mate is having to jump through, or why, but I never had any of that to deal with.

Rich is in France, the regulations over there are very different.
