breakdown truck

Got something to say, but it's not classic related? Here's the place to discuss. Also includes the once ever-so-popular word association thread... (although we've had to start from scratch with it - sorry!)

As Rich seems to have a never ending supply of adverts for cars I have never seen before, here is my contribution.
It's not for sale but it is weird and I think that JPB should buy one for his next run around

It's a video reviewing this "thing". It ticks all of your requirements for a flat bed if you fancy trading in your Transit ;)

I tried to sit in one of those at the NEC Motor Show some years ago but couldn't physically get inside it, so maybe I'll pass on the opportunity to own one. :D

There are loads of the things running about on the coast by here as mobile advertising hoardings, sandwich vans and ice cream vans of the sort where the guy has to get out and stand alongside to sell his wares, I will admit to finding them quite pleasing on an aesthetic level in the same way that HRH Princess Anne isn't a bad looking old bird but not one that I "would". ;)
