What modern engine/gearbox to use
I have just bought another Marina but without an engine & gearbox - no doubt now residing in someone’s Morris Minor. I can source an original engine etc. but given the opportunity, what inline petrol engine and gearbox combination does anyone think that I could consider. Something under two litres ...

Cylinder Block Waterways Rust Remover
I’m hoping that someone can advise please, I’m trying to clear out the waterways in a Triumph 2000 iron block, it’s still in the car and the head is off for a decoke. The waterways in the back of the block are pretty much solid with rusty crud. I removed the block drain plug and it’s solid crud ...

Battery question
Anyone know about batteries?
I have a brand new unused Bosch 075 battery, which I bought 4 year ago and never fitted. Obviously it's flat, but would it be possible to recharge it on a trickle charger after so long?
All advice appreciated.

Plastic coating dip/spray
I remember seeing a plastic rubber product in a can, that you could dip the handles of tools in, but I can't remember the name.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
Thanks in advance.

Carb vacuum advance port
I have broken off the brass vacuum advance port/connector on a carb I was dismantling, does anyone know where I can get a new one? I can drill out the old one easily enough.
Any advice appreciated.

Fuses - converting from glass fuses to modern blade fuses
Can someone provide me with a link to conversion table from glass fuses rated as their 'blow' rating and blade fuses rated as 'continuous' rating?
Specifically I have 35 amp glass fuses, what would the blade fuse equivalent be?

Re: Rear wash/wipe circuit diagram
It's actually to build a wash/wipe for my Marina. On a modern car a wash/wipe only works on the slow speed, so I'm hoping it's like a single speed system.
I already have an intermittent wipe relay fitted (Lucas 6DA), so I want to complete the job.
