Well the offside sill is on and unlikely to come off easily given the number of plug welds and seam welded along top edge. Need to learn how to lead-fill or find a good filler for the rear joint.
Next up is the nearside. Still need to cut that one off and clean up the faces.

Ford Zodiac yesterday. Coming off Handy Cross roundabout and heading south down A404 (Marlow ByPass).
Looked in very good condition and owner was willing to take it out when roads were wet, drizzling and more rain forecast!

Very quiet in the forum of late!
Driving back from a Club meeting last week spotted some vehicles that had probably been to the Restoration Show at Stoneleigh. Can remember a Triumph Vitesse and early Land Rover. Probably more on the dash cam footage!

New parts fitted, maf? And a motor on the butterfly valve on the carb/air intake.. down to po170 code now.. ordered a flywheel sensor and checked the top lambda? Sensor check, someone fitted new ones 4 years ago... Cut off the plug and joined the cables with heat shrink... Replaced the sensor and ...

Make sure his code reader is compatible. I had a garage and the AA tell me my high pressure pump was the issue. Then it was the glow plug relay ... change of relay did nothing.

Started to fit the o/s sill. Like many cars these were spot-welded so plug-welding and will also weld along top and bottom edges.

And plans afoot for the hoses, etc. Not cheap, but completely one-off.
Looking and Car Builder Solutions for parts but I keep seeing other bits I need ( ie want! )

I'll try and catch up with the project but much has been converting the manual clutch to an hydraulic operation and with the dash ... which I redesigned in 1979 and am now tweaking that.
