I once worked for NOVUS Screen Repairs , employee under the national franchise holder.

Had a Renner5 van... fuel & fone... and I really enjoyed the work.

Standard practice with the big national screen suppliers (when someone took a 'chip' in) was for a hefty thwack with the heel of the hand ...

.... I caught it on the BT box, for a 'no ladies in the house' afternoon as it is a "nono/$hite car film..."

LONG.. long ago .. I was in a queue, at the end of the Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead. South end, joining a roundabout.
The gap, here, was two cars in front of me....

..... imagine a long queue of cars on [effectively] a dual carriageway. Solid stopped in N/S lane.. clear in O/S lane ...

.... I recently rang into 'tech support', for help with setting up a client till. Guy [thought I was on mute] consulted with a colleague.... "I've got a wanker tech on the line....".

To be fair..... he probably gets rung up all the time, like, and you might get a bit jaded.
