Someone clearly never made the mistake of buying a "stainless" system from Fister Rimmer Brothers then. I say stainless, in fact their systems come with mild steel end plates, brackets and internal baffles, only the pipework and silencer wraps are anywhere close to stainless and even these won't last longer than four or five years, but that's irrelevant as the endplates on my Dolomite's Rimmer Bros system were already holed after one year on the road and that in an area where no salt is used and on a car that's otherwise rust free to this day.Then, a little further down the screen, he wrote:Exhaust is Stainless Steel, therefore should never need to be replaced
Conclusion: Mazda MX5s are really good cars, buy one of those and save yourself the heartache.
