Fuzz Townshend's New Resto' Workshop WALSALL

Know of a good garage, mechanic, sprayer, supplier in your area? Why not post their details here. Please only post if you have actually used and received good service from this person or place AS A CUSTOMER. Also if you can put the area in the title that will be helpful - when we have enough we'll separate them into Counties / Shires. Note: this is for private members' recommendations, NOT owner/proprietors to punt their businesses - these will be removed.

That's very interesting Fuzz. Good luck in the new venture.

Just gave these chaps a ring for some potential work. Good service so far, very helpful.

At last we have our new paint booth installed.
Call Mike Harris on 07966 398276 or Fuzz on 07854 550335 to discuss your project.
All the very best.

Not really new anymore, but I'm in at Westgate Classics Ltd, most days of the week.
Pop in for a cuppa if you're passing.
From 'Drive It Day' weekend, we'll be inviting classic owners to our workshop on Saturdays from 10:00 until 14:00 for informal chat, tea, coffee and biccies.
Bring your car along and should you have any concerns about any aspects of its physical condition, we'll happily discuss them with you, even if you're going to undertake the work yourself.
I'll keep you posted, but feel free to contact us directly on 01922 4568526 or at www.westgateclassics.co.uk
Cheers,
Fuzz

Now that Westgate Classics Ltd has featured on Cars SOS you can see the class of work that can be turned out. DON'T expect it in three weeks though.

Quick Google search took me to this site

Some exotic machinery in the Gallery and in the Team photos you'll find not one Phil but two :o :D

Looks like they need more work as there is a sale on at the moment for bodywork at £30 hour (plus VAT)

Among all of the (incredibly smooth) exotic GRP with fresh paint applied far, far better than it's humanly possible to do, the one gallery image that stands out for me and has me  ing into my keyboard is this one:

Ain't that just the most beautiful thing ever crafted from mild steel. DIBS! if that car should ever be on sale.
