i had 6 at one point, all of them were broken...

i had several that i had restored to a nice condition new loom etc & the wires for the overdrive came out of the clip & managed to catch fire on the soft top one, i cut 2 up for parts sold one on for complet resto after i had lots of bits off it & the last one i sold to a chap to finish off when i moved to france.. thats the one i really regret selling where are you now lea27e
as for the roads thank tony bliar as he seemed to be wasting any spare money on domes & war...

Yes, and it's still a mineral product but the intervention of clever people with large foreheads means that synthetic petrochemicals, instead of being refined from crude, are refined from certain specific, separate parts of the crude and some of the remaining layers are modified to address shortcomings of the original process so although it's labelled that way, its origin is still mineral.

Seriously, the tribology boffins' office at work has special doors that allow for the extra size and weird shape of the researchers' canisters. The old Tefal ads were based on tribologists' cranial characteristics! They make mech & prod engineering look like the place where the folk who couldn't get on media studies courses end up..
