Shadow 1 Hydraulic Push Rod dilemma

I feel I am almost there and yet.....
The tops of my hydraulic pushrods were bent due to hygroscopic lock, therefore rather than straightening them, I though better to replace them. They look a bit the worse for wear, anyway
I now understand that there are 2 lengths of pushrod for the hydraulic pumps - 11cm and 11.4 cm (which is what I have).
Seemingly none of the usual suppliers have the 11.4cm variant, but seem to have the 11 cm variant.
There are not enough shims in my setup to compensate for the 4 mm difference, therefore I am wondering if the 2 lengths of pushrod are interchangeable?
Or should I stick with the 11.4 cm version, which probably means used, therefore not sure if I might as well re-use what I already have?
