Drum to Disc Conversion on Hillman Husky 1960

Does anyone have any experience of converting the drum brakes on a 1960 Hillman Husky Series 2 [Minx style] to discs please?

1972 Hillman Imp Super
1975 Lancia Fulvia S3
1981 Lancia Montecarlo S2

Hi, the easiest way is to get a complete front crossmember/suspension of a Rapier/Alpine.
