Sound Deadening

#1 Post by TerryG » Thu Feb 10, 2011 9:31 pm

I have been reading around woolies website looking for some sound deadening to fit to the mog. The stuff that was in there had suffered badly because of a leaking screen rubber. it stank so i binned it. That was a year ago and i can't remember what it was to order a replacement.
I'm not worried about origionality as it goes under the carpet and i have newton commercial seats anyway, i want something toat will keep out some noise and keep in some heat.
Is getting some felt going to be the best option or is using one of the sticky backed foam sheets they offer better?

Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.
