March Issue

#1 Post by TerryG » Sun Jan 26, 2014 4:00 pm

The first thing that jumps out is a BMW Z3 on the cover, that is almost as bad as the rover 75 from a couple of issues ago. The one they feature is newer than one of my every day cars!
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

 Yes, but thankfully without their inane top ten lists of (for example) things found in the glove hole of Kylie Minogue's Austin A35 van.
I have an increasingly big pile of issues to read, only recently finished the November one properly.

Ahh hang on, your photo earlier was of a Figit 500, it's now of that there Susan Boyle, so ergo you HAVE changed your photo :P

PS. Were you invited to Miss Boyle's album party?

I was not. :( Were you there? Was it any good? Did you get a big sloppy kiss from the well-loved Scottish chanteuse?
Yeah, I chanced a corner of the baby Fiat for a while but it clashed horribly with your Tangomite in threads where you and I had consecutive posts.

Oh dear.

Up to February now thanks to a quiet day skiving in the hospitality department catching up on correspondence in work, expect March will be good, the general trend seems to be toward a greater variety of subject cars (and a CA van! ) in the mag these days.
