Yesterday a meeting of the French Volvo forum I use. About 15 cars, with 240's being the most in number. Only 2 Petrol versions, mine & a GLT on a 230f. A couple of hours discussion and parts exchange in a car park. Then a 10 mile or so 'convoy' for a photo shoot (in the:stormy:) .
Then onwards to one chaps house where we all, well about 19 of us tucked into a leisurely french style lunch, before making the 70 or so mile return home. A good trip for Tank as has only done pootling for about a year, so the 'Italien tune up' on the toll road where Tank was able to sit at a steady 80mph for 35 miles probably was needed.

Blimey! Did somebody get a pop-rivet gun for Christmas???
Some people are like Slinkies - they serve no useful purpose, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them downstairs.
