Bracknen hill busness park Peterlee(wate of time)

#1 Post by Mitsuru » Sun Sep 29, 2013 7:30 pm

There was an article in the Hartlepool Mail yesterday about a car meet at the
busness park in Peterlee at 6pm. So I went to see what was what!
(Peterlee being the town on the otrhee side of where I live!)

After getting there I knew this was no good! The car park was desined to be a
series of bottle nexs and dead ends so that theives couldn't get cars out, it
was badly lit and getting dark.

I snapped one modern as it made me laugh in that it had painted on centre caps.

Here are the rest of the good tin that were there (aprt from the v8 dragster
mk2 cortina)

The rest were nothing but modern POS which you couldn't distinguise between!!

I repeat a total wate of time, made worse by the looks I was getting for being
over twenty and as I was disabled using a walkinging stick!!

Hoodies and chavs were those who didn't bring the good tin.

You may be disabled with a walking stick, but at least you have good taste in cars and know what constitutes a 'real classic' hold your head high my mate, I'm sure you regret wasting your time going, that red Peugeot belongs on http://www.barryboys.co.uk, as for the hoodies and chavs, they deserve eachother
If you want to fit in at some shows you have to know phrases like 'Vem mirrors is M freeze innit' translation, 'Those mirrors you have on your automobile are BMW M3 replicas if I am correct?'
Strive for perfection in everything you do

Ian I give them a parting shot as I made a quick exit in mother's t5 estate
"Where are all the show cars!" along with
"They all look alike! whats the difference between these and something from the factory!"

I think there was a an exidous of people with similar tastes as us, as there was a que
to get out

Also as there wasn't enough parking, if they decided to use the car park for the building
oposite there would be hell to pay! Why? that othe parking belongs to the InLand revenue!

Watch this video for the contrast between people that like cars and the class of scum that "modify" their corsas / subarus

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yUKZw5Uu8tA

Read the comments for a laugh.
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.
