Don't suppose you managed to get any piccies of the Reliants did you? Most of the local ones were at Ripon racecourse for their Easter meet but a dark green Rialto hatch and a white MK1 Robin were at Ryhope, as their owners took the greatest of delight in telling me when they realised that I hadn't brought a car this year. :|

The white one was overlooking the steep bit above the lade that lies to the rear of the engine house, so I'd understand if you couldn't clamber up there taking photos. One of these years I fully expect someone to roll down that steep bit and drown their car in the lade which, when the pump is running, should be just deep enough for a rockstar car in swimming pool type of moment. I've been every October since the show began in the hope of seeing that! ;)

There was one reliant 3 wheeler and it was blue. I think I got a little
bit disoriented by the time I got round there so I couldn't remember
what I had and hadn't photographed. As my legs and back were giving
me a bit jip!

Oh and my mistake Hartlepool is the 21st of this month link below

When is the next Ryhope meet?

Edit after looking at their website
http://www.ryhopeengines.org.uk/
They have the following in future events but it looks like it hasn't been
updated in a while!

"Autumn 26th - 27th October (with Classic Car rally on 27th only).
11.00am to 4.00pm "

Can somebody check please, Thanks

I get the newsletter from the Engines museum as I'm a member of a club that's on their mailing list, so can confirm that this year's classic car event is on the last sunday of October, at the end of tatie week as per usual.
That's the 27th and don't forget to put the clocks back the night before or you'll be there an hour soon! :)

The phone battery went so I don't have all the cars photographed, Sorry!

Also thanks again to the gentleman from the 4x4 gathering at the meet, for
getting mothers Volvo jump started with his wives black Discovery(reg plate
begins with a 'P') As it had been raining earlier I had pulled up and left the side
lights on and flattened the battery(a senior moment! & I'm only 37)
