It's probably thrown a balance weight. some cars are an utter pig to change the blower motor, others are fairly easy. you'll have to get a "Haynes" manual and see.

i had considered getting a 4x4 & trailer.....
but i went to look at one of these but it got very worrying when the chap wasn't aware it was for sale

I wouldn't know about that, never having felt the urge to steal an inferior Land Cruiser wannabe made by the people who invented rust!
