Totally Off Topic, but need decent builders advice

Got something to say, but it's not classic related? Here's the place to discuss. Also includes the once ever-so-popular word association thread... (although we've had to start from scratch with it - sorry!)

Thought it was about time I updated this, still a couple of bits to do like attaching the downspout and finishing the groundwork, only delayed as I've been on with other jobs such as re bedding all the ridge tiles. I think the wall came out ok. I also found the old drain that is under the flag step so drainage from the back yard is better than it has ever been.

Cheers again chaps, I'll tackle the Kitchen wall and gable end in the side garden next year once this proves to stand the winter.

Looks like a reet good job that - you should be proud of that, cracking stuff. Glad you found the drain - that'll help even more.

Nice one mate! :D :D

Nice work - it doesn't look as if you have done anything, which is a sign of really good presrvation/conservation work!

If you're coming through Cumbria sometime, I know one or two people who could give you a "ten-minute job" (that's a Cumbrian ten minutes...)
