dirty little secret

Got something to say, but it's not classic related? Here's the place to discuss. Also includes the once ever-so-popular word association thread... (although we've had to start from scratch with it - sorry!)

By "didn't go well" do you mean that you ended up with all 4 wheels pointing in different directions?
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

you paid £10 for a marina?!?! you were ripped off ;)
Not that i am sad and know what website to read the only fools and horses scripts on or anything (http://thenagshead.tripod.com/scripts01.htm) but the only marina reference i can find is
del says: "Oil comes from fermented prehistoric plants and decomposed fossils. See if you stick a geranium in Grandad's top pocket in ten million years from now it could be lubricating a Morris Marina! "

If you happen to have a 1275 marina lump kicking about after your marina killing rampage i could do with one to upgrade my mog ;)

I still have a set of dixieland horns which I bought when the show was current  They're not on a car at the moment but with a little refurbishing they could be ;)

I also have a set of those triples that they use on the tour de france 8-) currently on the Triumph.
