That link actually worked! Is that an official Citroen thing or an incredibly well thought out DIY attempt to make the van look less like a corrugated outbuilding? I'm loving what they've done with the place and all it needs to make it perfect is, IMHO, a modern engine with automatic transmission, a bit of a tidy up inside and a repaint, better yet, a wrap, in bright orange metallic with graduated leopard spots fading toward the top.
A metallic orange wrap with graduated leopard spots, I see that you are a fellow migraine sufferer.
Or you both are suffering from a bad acid trip?

Speaking purely for myself no, and I have no idea what an acid trip is, but I'm guessing that it involves a ride in a hydrogen fuelled car with an over rich mixture? :P
Limited tolerance eh? Oh dear, sounds like you need a holiday. May I recommend a visit to a car show featuring only obscure Japanese imports that lasts for a whole week and has an endless supply of beer and pies? Works for me, maybe not this year though.

Strange terminology, acid trip. Why not just say that you tripped over the acid container. I thought that computer speak was gibberish, but this acid trip verbosity is akin to my sister-in-law. She describes somebody who is self confident and likes to hold court as: "Giving it large." or sometimes, "So up his own arse."

LSD? You mean pounds, shillings and pence? I remember something about Rolling Stone, Keith Richard, who would roll a banknote into a tube shape and sort of sniff up some sort of flour, strange fellow, that Keith Richard.

Here's a little project that you are well placed to find spares for. https://www.prewarcar.com/234392-citroe ... estoration

No! Really? Well bang goes my belief in the power of a good wax polish and an interior retrim.
I've seen British classic cars of similar vintage that have been hacked about to provide a means of working the land in the absence of freely available, new purpose-built machinery. Here, in the back of beyond, where such creative recycling was common in the second quarter of the 20th century, such pieces of automotive social history are occasionally seen among the exhibits at classic vehicle events and in the show arena at classic ploughing matches.
It's not a phenomenon restricted to that period though, if the popularity of tray back conversions on older Range Rover / Discovery chassis are anything to go by.

Go on, Rich, buy that, a man of your talents would have it back on the road in no time, how hard can it be?

Yes, but I wouldn't be wanting to do that with a Field Marshall. Is that a car at around 12 seconds through the clip?

You're right, it's lovely, don't want to seem ungrateful, but the steering wheel has been moved over to the left hand side and the Citroën badge doesn't sit inside an octagon
