I must try the idea of taking a photo of the next car that I sell from the window of the room where a local serial killer keeps his victims, bound & gagged, before he eats them alive. Will it work for the Alfa? I think that's a fake listing, try asking the seller a question and see what happens!
That Jag-based kit car looks very much like the real thing from a distance, or is that a publicity photo for a different type of XK homage car? The last Aristocat that I saw had more ripples than a Sharpei after she'd just given birth to ten large puppies and was about the same overall size as the donor XJ6.

My view as well, a theory that's reinforced by the seller's address, not a valid London postcode.

There must be an opportunity for some local builder to renovate it and sell it to some Brit as a second home at an inflated price.
