breakdown truck

Got something to say, but it's not classic related? Here's the place to discuss. Also includes the once ever-so-popular word association thread... (although we've had to start from scratch with it - sorry!)

There's also a black over red example fresh from a five year restoration job, a snip at £56k when another is £112k! Either way, the black one from the link (it may look like white, but I checked with DVLA and clearly my screen is faulty as it's black on their records..) looks like a good buy especially as people like a bit of a project and that one comes in plenty. This one has different coachwork, but hey, any port in a storm.

Looky here

Rich, it occurs to me that elegant links don't always work in foreign places so, just for you, the lazy version:

Nowhere to garage it, besides, Rollers are two a penny, I do have standards. Now find me a really good WA. A what? An MG WA. They look like this:

it's easy to confuse the WA with the SA, the later being more available. The SA looks like this:

There's a smaller version of both these cars, it's called a VA, but in dimensions and appearance, it's not much different to the YB that I have.

Fortunately, I have an anti-drool mat on my laptop's keyboard. No, really, I do. It also keeps out mud and doggy wee.
The mat is a good thing because these MG saloons have me drooling like an Olympic-grade drooler from the Tibetan Olympic drooling squad.

They're gorgeous things, GHT, thanks for bringing these to the forum for us all to dribble over..

Linda who? ;) The only bee-jay about which I care even slightly has a Toyota badge, a big old Diesel engine and can pull Range Rovers out of holes in the ground!
