What have you been doing To-day?

Got something to say, but it's not classic related? Here's the place to discuss. Also includes the once ever-so-popular word association thread... (although we've had to start from scratch with it - sorry!)

I went to do my Computer Course at LearnDirect in Hastings and sign-on at the Jobcentre, which is also in Hastings. The phone rang after I was home, it was Robert Dyas Shop in Hastings asking me to come to an interview, because I have applied for a part-time sales assistant recently. The interview is on Friday at 4:00pm.

To be honest not a lot after going to see my son on Sunday and getting cold and wet I thought I would sort out things and have a junking session to make some space Ha Ha, I really cant work out how after humping what seems a couple of hundred weight of mags, books etc, then somehow I seem to have less space than when I started.??.
Now completely bu**ered and my backs gone again. Is it ever worth it.
Cheers.
Geoff.

I am going to the St.Michael's Hospice Charity Shop in Battle, where I work part-time. I do enjoy and it is good experience.

I had my driving lesson this morning and worked on clutch control etc, but I need to really work awareness & planning when dealing with hazards etc. I still have to improve a lot to be ready for my test, bout I hope to give up. Because if I did, I think I will regret it.

Cycled to work :D .

Just finished all the outward consignments.

What to do next :?:

You didn't win the jackpot, it's rolled over again (12.5 million on saturday)

The most exciting thing i've done today so far is wander round a vacant floor of the building writing down the asset tags on all the equipment there. it's really spooky, 150 workstations and not a soul in sight!

Afraid not, if I had, this might have been shown as an addition to my small collection - http://www.barrywalker.com/details.asp?id=176 :!:

Now that is a seriously nice toy:
You can't leave your money in the bank and find a way of enjoying the receipt you're given (could frame it instead of the wife I suppose), but the alternative is enjoyment, your money returned when you sell it, a profit if you keep it longer, no capital gains tax and the bright ones amongst you know this already and its why I can't find any stock!
