WHAT THE HELL WAS THIS ABOUT ??
I joined the A40 at gypsy corner in London this morning to head up the M40 - traffic seamed a bit slow then I spotted a police bike with all it blues on, in front of the police bike I counted 20 odd late model so called super cars - Lambo's, Astons, Ferrari, some of the Audi sports things, a monster TVR, Porsche, Bentley etc - all driven by dickheads who were slowing down to crawl - waiting for a space to develop and then gunning it back up to the speed limit and slightly over in places - (it's only 40 & 50 mph until you get well beyond the built up areas even though it's 3 & 4 lanes wide) - same stupid tricks down through the underpasses - slowing down to nothing then nailing it through the underpass - I hope some got caught by the camera on the the exit at Hammersmith gyratory !! - Not only was there a police bike at the back but one at the front and a third who was blocking access from the sliproads whilst the convoy passed.
Now I have nothing against what car that anyone desires to own, but what a bloody waste of public money with the police escorting the convoy of the small penis car club up the A40 !! - eventually they got off at the A412 sliproad and the rest of us with jobs in the real world could carry on and get to our destinations safely.

It don't buy you the road though, and a pair of coppers should be much more than that.
