listening to radio 4 womens hour yesterday & heard some nutter talking about clothes & heard that dungarees & boiler suits are high fashion!
does this mean i will be on the catwalks of milan & paris

Rich, I'm told that the boiler suit is also
de rigueur for aficionados of something called "hard work"? No, I've never heard of that either but a quick search of the internets suggests that this "hard work" is a real thing. An image search for "people doing hard work" comes up with numerous images of some distinctly unfashionable wearers of the good old boiler suit. Among these images I found this:
