I don't know about the number plate but it can't be a 1960 Herald 13/60.
The 13/60 was introduced in 1967.
If I had somewhere to keep it I would be interested in the car.

Personally I would keep the reg with the car ... for thr history/provenence. Too many classics have been asset-stripped of their identity.

It can, but even though the car is MOT exempt you will need to put an MOT on it before you can remove the number. Then you can put it on something else or put it on retention.
Currently over 35 years worth of fixing 35 boxes.
Hoping to reach 65 years worth of fixing 65 boxes.
