is there any way you could insulate & dry out your garage? then invest in a dehumidifier... it would make it a more pleasant place to work..

Rich has a point, if it's not a security risk, leave a window slightly open, if you have one that is, and for now, park your car on those carpet squares that carpet showrooms have as samples. When the squares feel damp, sling them away and put four more down.

There were some on show at the NEC at the restoration show recently .. I'll try and find i I have anything in my little bag of goodies I bought back. These had built-in fans to keep the bubble inflated and I assume dry.

Actually google helped .. quite liked the Hamilton Cair-O-Port ...

But it might pay you to de-damp the garage .. plays havoc with my tools!

Cair-o-port is £425 to £575 depending on size (inclusive of very awful tax and possibly delivery)

with the dehumidifer you wont have the fuss of unwrapping your car every time you want to work on or drive it, although if its a nice comfy garage you will be able to stay in there & work over the winter & get out of the way for 5 minutes peace :scared:
