The original photo was 1024 x 768 pixels. I still reckon its a Garfield. They were quite popular back then.

Rich, I just saved the image to my computer then opened it in Shotwell, which allowed me to enlarge it just enough before it became too blocky to see. My conclusion, based on this scientific process ( ), is that it is indeed a Garfield.
Thinking about it; had I opened the image on the TV's web browser, I could have saved a few minutes as it might be easier to see on a 43" panel than a 17" one. Yep, checked that.. Garfield, no mistaking his annoying orange face!
