Forum maintainance

#1 Post by TerryG » Sun Jan 10, 2016 1:43 am

Guys and girls,
There will be a forum outage for the majority of the day on Monday (from midnight Sunday night) while we move the forum to a new host.
Please bear with us, we hope to be back up and running on Tuesday with no more REALLY annoying IP blocks / ban errors as we will once again be in charge of our own block list.

To access the new forum you will need to use our real URL ie visit www.practicallyclassics.co.uk rather than the phpbbhosts address as that will no longer work.

Thank you all for your patience,
The admin team.

OK, it's 1:15am and i have FINALLY finished moving our database.
That was rather more work than i had originally anticipated.

Quick breakdown for all of you:
Good news
The forum itself is working as it should.

Bad news
Our custom styles are missing
The PC logo looks "odd" when i upload it so for now there isn't one.

Now i'm going to bed.

It looks like our custom emoticons are AWOL too.
I have added them to the "to do" list.
I am still waiting on our attachments. Hopefully we get them today :)
