I thought as we don't have access to the old pc forum, it might be an idea to,
get some of the old info together for users to research their own vehicles,
Or vehicles they have owned in the past.

DVLA Form V888
Description;
This form Will cost you £5 if you no longer own the vehicle or £2.50 if you are
the current registered keeper.
It is a request for copies of all the log books/v5's showing registered keepers of the
vehicle, as well as the address of the owner at that time.

Description;
