I have happy memories of the bx (a former girlfriend had a couple) what's happening with yours??
Very little - which is one of the main things which provided a bit of a metaphorical kick in the backside to prompt me to do the bit of fleet rationalisation. Hoping over the next couple of months this will free up a little time and money to throw at it.

Reckon once I've done the rear axle brake lines and replaced the torn steering rack boot I'll be ready to chuck it in for an MOT and see what happens.

Very nice dark green MGB GT has just moved in a road or two away from my daughter's ... owner also has a nice looking Alfa 159 Sportwagon.

He's usually busy and I'm with 18 month old grandson so haven't had a chance to chat .. I'm hoping one day the aformentioned grandson shouts 'geen car' loud enough to catch his attention ... and we can get a closer look and chat

I think we are training him correctly as he can identify an Alfa MiTo from the rear as we pass one regularly on our walk to the park and he knows it's like our 2nd car .. still unsure if that's the large circular rear lamp clusters or the Alfa badge!

This came past our house late last summer. Does this count for a classic?

Hmm, perhaps the steam engined vehicle is marginally less practical than your lovely looking blue Benz, but to bring a roadworks gang to a location I think that a modern welfare van, although more efficient, just wouldn't have the charm of the pair of Dibnah-esque mobile canteens.
Surely everyone loves a bit of external combustion action. For me, it's the noise, the smells and the general all round majesty of such classic machinery that would make my hair stand on end, if I weren't hairless that is. 8-)

😎👍

I pulled into Bishop Auckland Hospital and was scowering the place for disabled parking space.
A Morgan plus four & Nissan Figaro in one row!. A 760 estate & a classic mini in the next!
Oh and still using the 1997 Toyota Corolla as my daily driver
