Re: What classic vehicles have you seen?
To-day I saw a Green J-Reg VW Beetle and a foriegn classic truck with P as for the country (does anyone know what country has the P for its numberplates). Also that traveller I saw yesterday cannot be in use as the taxdisc says this 31/10/09.

So, no classics today then. Shame!loveoldclassics wrote:To-day I saw a J-Reg Peoguot 309 and a H-Reg Ford Escort Estate.
Some people are like Slinkies - they serve no useful purpose, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them downstairs.

The Escort could have been on an H suffix though.Luxobarge wrote:So, no classics today then. Shame!loveoldclassics wrote:To-day I saw a J-Reg Peoguot 309 and a H-Reg Ford Escort Estate.
Like this one, seen recently in its natural habitat**:

I work on the pier in Clevedon, Somerset at the weekend and we often see people out for a blast along the sea front on sunny weekends. This weekend there were:-
2 Triumph TR6s
A TR3
A 1500 Spitfire
An Austin 7 Saloon
A Triumph Stag
A S1 E-type FHC
a 30s Hot-Rod
and a Ferrari 550 Maranello spyder
