Saw a MGB GT Jubilee Edition in the school car park today. And as I found out today, the guy who drives it is my new history teacher. I spent most of the lesson talking to him about classics, and he said that the best car he's ever owned is a red Austin-Healey 3000.

It's nice having teachers who are into classics - my D&T teacher (who's never actually taught me :P) has been a massive help with my car - and he's about to finish restoring his Reliant Scimitar! :D

Spend most of my frees at school talking to him about old cars

My DT teacher is also interested in old cars. We were talking at lunch and he said he used to work at a car garage as a teenager and remembers a really wealthy guy leaving a Austin-Healey 3000 with him as it had running problems. They took it out for a good run to stretch its legs and it spluttered to a halt. When they finally got it going at night they realised what the problem was; the leads were shot and throwing sparks everywhere

Back on sunject of spotted vehicles, my dad saw this at his workplace today...

And I saw this down by my school...the guy drove it to work everyday thorough the winter, and today got on one of his Triumph Boneville's to get to work.

Ooooohhhh, what were you doing in TGs yard? were there any interesting goodies in it?
The oldest car I saw today was an H plate Maestro driving through Leytonstone.
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

There are a lot of creations in that yard that have yet to appear on the show including some very weird things. Also, expect more Marina's to be appearing, there are a few in there. A lot of the cars used in the show are bought by James May apparently.
