What classic vehicles have you seen?
Re: What classic vehicles have you seen?
I went to see my parents yesterday. This poor thing hasn't moved in as long as I can remember.

I first saw it in around 1994 and looked like it had been parked for some time back then. The rear screen was smashed in around 1996/7 and it has not been repaired.

That's such a shame to see it like that, hopefully one day it'll live again.

Spotted a white Volvo Amazon Estate today in Guildford, I think it was a '64 model judging by the plate. I reckon very rare being an Estate.
Re: What classic vehicles have you seen?
Saw none today, the classic show I was going to was cancelled due to the weather.

There's one of these 120s in February's estate car feature, handsome old things and all the time I ran 140s as daily cars I would have swapped willingly for any 120, estate or not. Love them to bits I do.sjwright911 wrote:Spotted a white Volvo Amazon Estate today in Guildford, I think it was a '64 model judging by the plate. I reckon very rare being an Estate.

I was driving so no pics but today I saw an E plate Rover 213 and a G plate Range Rover Classic (I wouldn't normally mention the RRC but it was ORANGE!)

I know there may be others but I don't suppose it was this one by any chance:TerryG wrote:........G plate Range Rover Classic (I wouldn't normally mention the RRC but it was ORANGE!)

Disco front end, rr back end. certainly not something I would do but I have seen several of them. The one I saw was that colour but was all RRC with bull bars on the front and light guards on the rear.
