Great pictures. I love the Rover 3500.
On today's afternoon walk, I saw a souped-up Hillman Imp making a very classic-sounding noise as it jostled with a Nissan Juke and some other nondescript modern.
I forgot my camera again, though one day soon I will remember it.

Seen in Brookwood (Woking) Sainsburys Car Park on Sunday - A Austin 10 (Bit of a cheat as I know the owner)
A stunning MKIII Corty - 1.6GT in Tawny Brown in fab condition - if its yours its gorgeous and I'm jealous
and a pre face lift MK1 Capri - see this one regularly - obviously well used but in fine fettle.

Sure beats Celebrity Death Match. Which one won?
Seen in the car park at work as I was coming out; a shiny, not remotely rusty 1987/8 'E' plate mini. Nowt so unusual about that perhaps, given that there are still hundreds of thousands of the things around, but this was a bog-stock one with steel wheels & plastic trims on them, factory steering wheel, original Lipari Blue paint and a tiny exhaust pipe that would have been more at home keeping a TV aerial attached to a house. Smashing, super, lovely.

A green Triumph Vitesse went past the shop. I only saw the back but is was a C plate, so should have been a 1600. It sounded nice anyway
