This forum?

#1 Post by bubs » Mon Feb 14, 2011 2:13 pm

Hi, does anyone know how permanant this forum is going to be?

It seams that pratical classics has its forum wiped every couple years or so, so is this being run by new people? Or is it the same people who keept failing us in the past?

Thanks either way guys

Welcome back Bubs,
The previous pc forum(s) were run by the magazine publisher Bauer Media. Neil has set up this new forum and it is indipendant of Bauer but run with their knowledge.
It is definitely here to stay!

Nothing lasts forever..................... but hells bells 'forever' is an awfully long time?

That's nice to know. Makes posting up a stoopidly long thread a bit more bearable.

Escort is coming on, it's turned round and I'm now attacking the N/S, so far I have the bottom corner made, quite some
Doing as there were quite a few previous repairs, so I ended up cutting the complete lower section off, bracing it up as well as I could, then laid it on a sheet, tacked it to he sheet, infilled the gap between the corner to the sheet, then cut the rot out, and shaped it all up. Then I just offered the pics back to the shell and butted it on. Took a blooming long time but very satisfying.

I'll take some pics in the week when I can get back out there
