Offer still stands if so. Oh, and I wouldn't try to install any form of non-Microsoft operating system surreptitiously during a remote assist.
No matter how easily that would solve the problem and prevent reinfestation....

Nah, the sound of my nut against a concrete wall! I am amazed that me, a total Technophobe, am regularly asked to sort out nerdboxes. And why doesn't anyone else there think of re-boot? Maybe they do but they want to use a size 12!
