Avatars are now enabled

putting this in here too for the time being:
Avatars are now enabled for the forum.
you'll need to make an image that is:
no bigger than 130x130 pixels
and
no bigger than 25k in filesize
then use the Avatar section in 'User Control Panel' to upload it to the forum.
