Hi to All,
Just found the site by accident so thought I would sign up. I've always been into classic cars especially Fords and MG's. My interest developed from the cars that my dad owned in the 60's and 70's. I learned to drive in my dads 1969 Zephyr. My first car was a Wolseley 1300 brought from the auction for £90 by my dad and my uncle when I was 16.
The first car I actually brought was a 1973 Capri 1600GT in Daytona Yellow and so began my love affair with "The Car You Always Promised Yourself" I owned many Fords during the 70's & early 80's including MK3 Cortina's a GT and 2000E, MK 2 Capri's and Escorts.
Company cars took me away from the classic scene but I jumped back in last summer when I got myself a 1985 Capri 2.8 Special. I also own a 2002 MGZT 190 V6 which is in mint condition.
