Hehe. Yeh a barn would be fun methinks. Anyways, early days yet. I haven't even seen the V70 in the flesh so far!

My oppo' is gonna drive it 240+ miles from Welshpool to Portsmouth where we"ll meet. Test drive will be 20 or so miles to another ex-fuzz oppo where Steve will be staying. I shall probably hit the late night shops to 'top up' on some English favourites before catching night time ferry back.....

What happened? The temperature sender failed or a warning lamp came up on the panel? ;)

For some cars' owners, I'd say "Well done" but as this is a 240 my response is as follows: I should bloody well hope so! :)

So folks, as you know, I have 'acquired' another car.... well I will on 28/11 after a short flight to Southampton airport..... An offer after which given some thought, really was a 'no brainer' .

So leaves me with 3 Ovlovs. One of which will probably have to go.

As swmbo gets a bad back if she drives Tank, she has no 'back-up car' should Zeb' the 850 fail & I end up in 'chauffeur mode'. (in fact he's (ZEB) just thrown his toys out with a failing rad' Grr!) . The other weekend he munched 950 miles over two days and never missed a beat.

Guess which car 'common sense' says should go? Yep Tank. I would, of course like him to go to an enthusiast, not to banger-boys. Even if said enthusiast was to break him, at least some good would come from that.

Have posted on Frenchy forums, but most are put off by the RHD issue.

Will probably look into classic insurance & limited mileage in the meantime, but if anyone is interested.... pm me & maybe we can work something out.

Thanks.
