Does this tickle your fancy?

Hmm, I suspect that car has been molested a bit. It has headlamp wipers but no washer jets and no bumper overiders. It also appears to be being advertised as a series 2 car, but all series 2 cars had plastic bumpers. As it's a 1982 car it looks like it's what used to be known over here as a crossover or series 1 1/5. It has the later cockpit style interior, but has chrome bumpers and the earlier headlights etc. Although it doesn't look in bad shpae, for that money I would expect it to be a decent, running example. These cars have some great "design features"that really contribute to the theme of built in obsolescence, and they can hide it quite well, so you really need to see them in the flesh if you're going to pay good money for them.

I was also in to Opel Monzas for many years. I sold this one to a fellow club member in 2008 who scrapped it when the MOT ran out!

I wasn't impressed.... If I had known I would have grabbed it back off him.
