Hmm, I suspect that car has been molested a bit. It has headlamp wipers but no washer jets and no bumper overiders. It also appears to be being advertised as a series 2 car, but all series 2 cars had plastic bumpers. As it's a 1982 car it looks like it's what used to be known over here as a crossover or series 1 1/5. It has the later cockpit style interior, but has chrome bumpers and the earlier headlights etc. Although it doesn't look in bad shpae, for that money I would expect it to be a decent, running example.
