ref distributor, I have one of the electronic ones off of a RR efi on my tr7v8 with twin SUs works a treat.

what brakes are you using? they look like standard 1800 mgb.

Thanks Kevin, good to know. Rich they are std MGB discs and calipers, but I'll be fitting uprated pads to start with. I very much aim to get the car built fairly stock, then add improvements once I can test them on the road.

when i started my conversion i was planning on using princess 4 pot calipers & a pair of vented discs. do you have the mgb v8 conversion book?

A t-cut plus some air in the tyres and take it out for a thrash! ;)
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.
