My 1977 MG BGT fresh out of Hibernation!.

#1 Post by MG Mal » Mon Feb 02, 2015 11:01 am

Well, the time has come to pull my old BGT out of storage and prepare him for Sale.

I've not driven him in over 6 years, and it seems a waste just to leave it in there any longer.

1977 MG BGT in Flamenco red and with a mere 103k miles.

Time to clean up, service and see if he will MOT.
Pics below of his undignified arrival at our new place last night.

Maybe, it would be nice, but would like it to find a good home too, not just some dealer looking to make a fast profit.

This is how he looked on my first outing with him to Harrogate MG Show Pately bridge.

Yeah I'll stick some Landrover and Defender badges on it, who'd know the difference?!

Well UKH achieved a good MOT pass, and was then sent to the valeter's.
Suffice to say he is looking good and ready for a new home.

I have listed him on here in the "for sale" section with numerous pictures and a link to more.
