Post pictures and stories about your cars both present and past. Also post up "blogs" on your restoration projects - the more pictures the better! Note: blog-type threads often get few replies, but are often read by many members, and provide interest and motivation to other enthusiasts so don't be disappointed if you don't get many replies.
John is so right. My own MK1 Estate was just four years old when both the McPherson Struts popped up through the body work. I had to have reinforcing plates welded on above and below. Your work not only puts Ford's quality to shame, it's a masterclass in restoration. Compliments to you.JPB wrote: ↑Sat May 05, 2018 7:37 amIt's as though you'd popped back to the sixties in a time machine and given Ford a lesson in how to build cars, 'cos sure as eggs is eggs; they didn't do the job as well as this. Your outstanding build moves the goalposts and sets a new standard that others will struggle to match.. Again!
