BMW e30 owner

#1 Post by jimbom30cab » Mon Sep 22, 2014 9:36 pm

I've been a fan of this magazine for years, perhaps 30 odd !!

Here is a pic of my 2 BMW e30s. They are 325i MTech1 Sports, just 5 weeks apart on the build date

The silver one I have restored, the black one needs a light resto, which i'll start over the winter.

Anyone else own an e30?

Cheers

Jim

Beautiful cars, I had an 88 E30 318i with the M40 motor back in the 90's during college. It was a great car.

Beautiful.

Funny you ask, I owned an E30 325i fom 04 to 07 and have missed it ever since. I went to a Car Show on the weekend and missed it even more when I saw a few there! So I'm tentavely keeping my eye out for one now (325 Auto), I have a nice Puma I can sell or part ex for it lol.

Nice motors!!

My Dad;s nextdoor neighbour had a 1983 323i E30 in his garage from 1987 up until a couple of years ago. I nagged him over the years to let me buy it because I knew he would never get round to putting it back on the road. He finally agreed but then let it go before I had chance to move it (I still don't know where it went and don't want to)!

It was all original and had about 55k on the clock - such a shame :(
