Mini Moke
Re: Mini Moke
The size of the wheels is fine, it's the design. I suffer from Irrational Minilite Hatred Syndrome, it's a terrible burden for everyone whenever I see a set.
Re: Mini Moke
here here again for the reverse cooper steels although back in the day i did have a cooper sat on minilites..right of passage tho eh
Re: Mini Moke
I think as teenagers we all did things to cars we cringe at now. eg the boot of my minor had 2x 15" subs in it :S
the right wheels make the car. I'm not sure how proper cooper wheels would look on that. It did have the cooper 7.5" disc brakes on the front which considering it started life as an 850, someone must have spent a good few pounds on upgrades!Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.

The same is how I feel about some 70 of the 90+ cars I've owned since 1980 but none more so than either of my minis. (Or the first kitten, the blue Automite, the Citroen Dyane, the FSO 125P, the Daihatsu F20, the maxi HL, the Mostin Oxbridges, the Datsun 280C or 120Y, the second R12 Break, the VW1500, the Lada Niva, the grey A40, the Volvo 142S, etc....)

Re: Mini Moke
Good luck with this, I hope that it'll find a pukka buyer without too much trouble.
But..... Please can you tell the forum something about THIS little belter?
That has to be the most interesting vehicle in your firm's entire stock, IMHO.
edited: Am I correct in thinking that this has already been mentioned in another of your threads, Ian? I looked for such a thread but might I have imagined it?
