hi
im kevin and a 48y/o who loves tinkering
ive been recommissioning a lovely 1992 mk1 mazda eunos (50k genuine). that is now on the road and used on dry days for blasts around the welsh hills
so, i used to love doing classic and veteran shows with my norton commando until kiddies came along. recently, as my brood have started to become more independent (now 14 and 16) i have had thought of returning to the classic scene but with a car this time.
been mooching round at all sorts (mainly high priced junk!) but nothing grabbed me. the nice cars were all way to expensive.
was chatting to my 83 y/o dad last week. i mentioned looking for an old car and he said his old mate trevor(also 83) still had a car that he bought as 2nd owner back in 1967.
i gave him a bell and, as all things that are meant to be, gave him a visit yesterday and a deal was done. a few pictures first of this lady as she has been standing since 1989!
