My 1948 chevy stepside

Post pictures and stories about your cars both present and past. Also post up "blogs" on your restoration projects - the more pictures the better! Note: blog-type threads often get few replies, but are often read by many members, and provide interest and motivation to other enthusiasts so don't be disappointed if you don't get many replies.

:o Oh no! There's overspray on the flexplate ring gear. Better paint the whole plate yellow to match or some feckin' annoying anorak  will spot that. ;)

Seriously though, this gets better with every new post, thanks for the lovely pictures. 8-)

They had pretty trick suspension on trucks back in 48. My 99 3/4 Chevy is far less sophisticated

Jaguar must have learned a thing or two from Chevy when they designed the e-type :)

I've just looked at the images again, but this time on a much bigger, better quality screen than the one I'm usually found sitting behind.

That paint - thanks in no small way the smoothness of what's beneath it - must be the finest quality job I've seen in years.
