1937 Lincoln Zephyr (mechanic wanted)

Hi Guys
I own a pretty original decent condition Lincoln V12 Flathead Zephyr 1937

From what I can tell its pretty much complete, with very little rust.. (only small surface)

Heres what I want to do ...

Change the engine to more reliable Jag V12, change axles to Jag, and gearbox, re-paint car in met white..
I already have the donor Jag V12 XJS ..(complete car)
The zephyr will need a complete re-trim..inside

The original engine seems OK, but reliablity is an issue, as I wish to use this as a daily driver.

I'm looking for a person/persons that have a passion for old cars, and decent level of experience.. I'm happy to pay for your services, but would prefer retired person that really wants to get involved.
