Re: Zel's Fleet Blog...Jag, Citroen, Mercedes, Sinclair & AC Model 70

The sink/drainer looks odd like that .. are you planning to swap them so the drainer is in the corner? I would have thought the sink is pretty awkward to use tucked over there .. (although I realise you will not be washing up after a Christmas Dinner for 8 in there! ;) )

Re: Zel's Fleet Blog...Jag, Citroen, Mercedes, Sinclair & AC Model 70

There's a name from the past .. Danfoss had an office in Perivale near where I worked .. and my manager married someone who worked from them there. I think they moved to an office on the A40 near Denham.

Thanks for the tip!

Zel, IMG-20200421-174341.jpg My compressor has a very similar switch unit to yours ... that pull-up red knob .. but how do you get it off (without breaking it!). The knob doesn't need to come off, it just presses on a plunger underneath it. Remove the one screw in the middle of the lid then the who...

My compressor came with a ridiculously short cable which means an extension trailing around most of the time .. I'd like to take the origi...

Re: price of crude oil ZERO!!!!

Oil producers have reduced output to keep barrel price higher ... but the demand has dropped further since. So I'd expect another reduction if they can all agree and a few countries don't like that .. Russia, Mexico and US for example. US don't appear to want to follow suit so carried on producing a...

Re: Austin A35 Project

So far it's not too bad and the main places that A35s go .. bottom corner of front inner wings, bottom of front panel (and inner), bottom corner of wings, outer sills and rear bottom edges of wings .. all the places that would have got the fibre-glass patch-up treatment in the 70s! ;) It's a long-te...
